1 . How long is the cooking class?
Typically it takes 1:30 hours visiting the market and from 3:30 hours to 4 hours the class.
2 . How close is it to Cooking Workshop?
It is located in Barrio Italia. A really nice neighborhood in Santiago dowtown.
3 . What foods do you cook?
We cook typical chilean and south american food that you can recreate back home. Some of our favorites: Ceviche - Empanadas de pino - Pebre con sopaipillas - Pastel de Jaibas - Chancho en piedra - Pastel de choclo - Caldillo de congrio - Machas a la parmesana - Leche asada - Turrón de vino
4 . How much food do you serve?
We prepare appetizer first and learn to do pisco sour. Then two savory courses that we pair with excellent chilean wines and finally, we cook a delicious dessert.
5 . How many people can you accommodate for the class?
We can do big group if needed, but our daily classes are small groups from 2 to 8 people.
6 . Do you speak English?
Yes, our classes are in English but we can do Spanish too if needed.
7 . How far in advance should we book?
We recommend to book as far in advance as possible because our class fill up quickly, but you can reserve the same day if we still have spots availables.
